BEGINNER

Someone new to photography or someone who has taken some photos, but has no formal training.

INTERMEDIATE

Someone who is a serious amateur, has a good knowledge of and experience using his/her camera system, have taken photography courses previously or have been participating in photography for several years.

ADVANCED

Someone who has knowledge of a variety of camera systems and formats, experience shooting and lighting. May be considering a career in photography.

PROFESSIONAL

Someone whose has made photography their career.
